Why block the LP tokens instead of burning them? Because once you burn them you are trapped, if there is a liquidity migration, for example with PancakeSwap V1 to V2 or Uniswap V2 to V3, this could entail an issue for the Protocol. In this way any attempt to access that liquidity will be safeguarded and correctly communicated ahead of time in all of our official channels.
